What we build / Hotels & B&Bs

Websites for Blackpool hotels, guest houses and B&Bs.

Accommodation is the sector we build for most. We know what a Blackpool hotel or B&B site needs to do: show the rooms off, get people booking direct, and turn up when someone searches for a place to stay near the front.

Accommodation is the sector we build for most, and it makes sense - nowhere else in the country packs so many hotels, guest houses and B&Bs into so few square miles. From the big Promenade hotels to the guest-house streets around Albert Road and Hornby Road behind the Winter Gardens, the South Shore terraces near the Pleasure Beach and the quieter North Shore stretch up towards Gynn Square, Blackpool’s whole economy runs on beds. And thanks to the Illuminations, the season here runs longer than almost any other seaside town - which means your website has to earn its keep from Easter right through to the January switch-off.

We’re based on Lytham Road in FY4, a few minutes from most of the properties we build for. We know what a Blackpool accommodation site actually needs to do: show the rooms off properly, get guests booking direct instead of through commission-hungry booking sites, and turn up when someone searches for a place to stay near the front.

What we build for hotels and B&Bs

Direct booking, front and centre

Every stay that comes through a big travel site costs you a slice in commission. Your own website is the one channel where you keep the lot, so we build it around that: clear “check availability” and “book now” buttons on every page, wired into whatever booking system you already use. If you take bookings by phone, we make the number impossible to miss and tappable on mobile - which is where most of your guests are looking.

Rooms that sell themselves

Proper room pages with galleries, prices, occupancy and the details guests actually check before booking - parking, breakfast, dogs, check-in times. All easy to keep up to date, because a photo of last decade’s decor costs you bookings. When we built the site for Q Accommodation, an adults-only B&B in the heart of Blackpool, we arranged professional photography and a 360-degree virtual tour so guests could walk through every room before booking. We did the same kind of guest-focused build for The Southview Hotel on Albert Road. Both are ordinary £29.99-a-month builds, not special projects.

Photography and virtual tours

Guests book with their eyes. If your current photos were taken on a phone in bad light, we can arrange professional photography and immersive 360 tours as part of the build - quoted separately, so you only pay for what you want.

Why pay monthly suits a small guest house

Most Blackpool B&Bs are run by one couple or a small family. Spending thousands up front on a website in February, before the season’s income has arrived, is a hard sell. Our package is £99 to set up and £29.99 a month, and that’s the whole cost: design, UK hosting, SSL, your domain, business email and unlimited changes. Want the winter tariff up in October and the summer one back in March? Send it over - updates are included, not billed by the hour. There’s no contract either, and after 12 months the website and domain are yours to keep.

Local SEO for Blackpool accommodation

Most of your future guests have never heard of you - they’re typing “B&B near the Pleasure Beach”, “hotel near Blackpool Tower” or “guest house Blackpool North Shore” into Google from the other end of the country. We build every page so it can compete for those searches: proper page titles, fast load times, and content that names the landmarks you’re actually near, whether that’s the Winter Gardens, Central Pier or the tram stop outside your door.

We’ll also help you get your Google Business Profile in shape - correct pin on the map, photos, opening details and a link straight to your booking page - because for “near me” searches, that profile is often seen before your website is. Reviews matter too: we can add a reviews widget so the good words guests leave elsewhere do their selling on your own site.

Questions Blackpool hoteliers ask us

Do you actually come to the property?

Yes. We’re on Lytham Road, so for Blackpool hotels and B&Bs we’ll happily come to you, see the rooms and talk it through over a brew. Plenty of owners prefer to sort everything by phone and email instead - that works too.

Yes. Whichever booking or channel-management system you use, we point your “book now” buttons straight at it. You keep your existing setup; the website’s job is to send guests into it directly instead of via a commission-charging middleman.

How quickly can it be live? The season’s coming.

Usually within a week of getting your content - photos, room details, prices. If you’re staring down Easter or the start of the Illuminations, tell us the date and we’ll work to it.

Who owns the website and domain?

After 12 months with us, both are yours. Before that they stay with us as part of the service - it’s all in the terms, in plain English.

Fewer commissions paid out, more direct bookings, and a website that finally does your rooms justice - built and looked after a few streets away.
