Am I tied into a contract?
You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice - there's no lock-in on your payments. Because it's a fully managed service, the website and domain become yours to keep once you've completed 12 months; cancel before then and they stay with us.
How fast will my website go live?
Most sites go live within a week of you signing up and completing the onboarding form. Bigger builds take a little longer - we'll tell you up front.
I already have a domain. Can I keep it?
Yes. We'll transfer it in or point it at your new site - either way it stays yours, and we handle the fiddly bit.
What if I don't like the design?
You approve it before it goes live, and changes are included. We keep going until you're happy - that's the point of the monthly model.
Do I have to do everything online?
Everything's designed to work virtually - most clients never need a meeting. Quickest replies are on WhatsApp or email. If you'd really rather sit down in person, that can be arranged too.
