Am I tied into a contract?
No. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice and there's no exit fee. Complete 12 months and the website and its files are yours to keep; after that it simply rolls monthly on the same basis. Leave earlier and the build stays with us, while your domain (registered in your name from day one) and your content always go with you.
How fast will my website go live?
Most sites go live within a week of you signing up and completing the onboarding form. Bigger builds take a little longer - we'll tell you up front.
I already have a domain. Can I keep it?
Yes. We'll transfer it in or point it at your new site - either way it stays yours, and we handle the fiddly bit.
What if I don't like the design?
You approve it before it goes live, and changes are included. We keep going until you're happy - that's the point of the monthly model.
Do I have to do everything online?
Everything's designed to work virtually - most clients never need a meeting. Quickest replies are on WhatsApp or email. If you'd really rather sit down in person, that can be arranged too.
How much is the website monthly fee, and what does it cover?
£29.99 a month, plus a £99 one-off setup on day one. The monthly fee covers bespoke design, UK hosting on our own servers, SSL, a .co.uk domain registered in your name, business email, 3 content edits a month, support, and local SEO foundations including your Google Business Profile set-up. Optional add-ons are priced separately: online shop £19.99 a month, online bookings £9.99, priority edits £9.99, Google reviews widget £3.99 and a monthly analytics report £4.99.
Can I add an online shop when I sign up?
Yes. The online shop add-on is £19.99 a month on top of the plan, so a pay monthly shop is £49.98 a month all-in. You pay Stripe's card fees only - we take no commission on sales. If you take appointments rather than orders, online bookings are £9.99 a month instead.
