Nothing separate - and that's the point of the model. Hosting, your domain, email, SSL, security, backups, software updates and unlimited content edits are all inside the standard £29.99 a month. There is no maintenance contract because there's nothing separate about maintenance: it's most of what a website actually costs over its life, so we price it in from the start. Can you take over maintaining a website you didn’t build?
We can take it over - honestly, though, the reliable fix is rarely babysitting someone else's ageing WordPress stack, and we won't sell you that. What works: we audit what exists, get your domain safely into your name, take full copies, then rebuild the site modern on our plan with your content moved over and your rankings kept via proper redirects - the same discipline as our website redesign service. You end up with a site that's cheap to keep because it's built to be kept, instead of paying us monthly to fight the old one.
How fast do edits actually happen?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with the change; it's typically live the same working day, often within the hour for small things. No ticket portal, no minimum charge, no "we'll schedule that in". The edits are unlimited because a site that's easy to change is a site that stays true - the moment each edit has a price tag, owners stop asking, and that's how websites rot.
My designer has disappeared and I can’t get into anything - can you help?
Yes - it's one of the most common calls we get, and the steps are always the same: prove the business's claim to the domain and get it into your name before the renewal lapses; copy everything while the site is still up; then rebuild somewhere you can never be locked out of again. What happens if I cancel - do I lose the site?
No. After 12 months on the plan the site and the domain are yours, and cancellation is 30 days' notice at any time with a proper handover - files, content, domain transfer, the lot. We think a maintenance arrangement should survive the question "what if we part ways?" being asked out loud; ask it of anyone who looks after your site, including us.
