£99 to set up, then £29.99 a month. That's £458.88 in your first year, £359.88 a year after that. Hosting, SSL, your domain, business email, edits and support are all inside those numbers - there's nothing else to buy unless you add an optional extra.

Nothing you need. Hosting renewals, the domain, the SSL certificate, backups, security updates and content edits are all in the £29.99. The only things that cost more are genuine extras you choose to add - an online shop, a logo, professional photography - and the prices for those are on this page.

Unlimited, one at a time. Send changes whenever you like - WhatsApp, email or your portal - and they queue in the order they arrive; we work through your queue one request at a time, with most edits done within two working days of reaching the front and simple ones (prices, hours, a photo) usually the same day. No monthly allowance to ration, no counter resetting, no "you've used your three" - a limit like that just makes people stop updating their site, which defeats the whole point. If you regularly need changes turned round faster, the Priority edits add-on (£9.99 a month) puts your requests at the front of the overall queue. New pages in bulk, new features or a redesign are quoted separately before we start - the honest line between "keeping your site current" (included) and "building new things" (priced).

Because you're spreading the cost, not skipping the work. A typical agency charges thousands up front partly because they hand the site over and walk away. We keep hosting and looking after it, so the build cost is recovered over the life of the plan instead of in one invoice. Same standard of work, different way of paying for it.

Because a bespoke build costs real hours before you've paid a penny of the monthly fee, and we'd rather charge £99 honestly than hide it. "Free setup" at this price point usually means a template with your logo dropped in - the build has to cost nearly nothing for the maths to work. Your £99 buys a design started from your business: your trade, your customers, your photos, up to three rounds of revisions before launch. The difference is visible in the work - our builds publish their Google PageSpeed scores, which is not something template sites tend to invite. One £99, once, VAT included.

No. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice and no exit fee. The 12 months matters in one way only: the website becomes yours to keep once you've completed them. Leave inside the first year and the build stays with us, while your domain (registered in your name from day one) and your content always go with you. After 12 months it simply rolls monthly. It also gets you sole charge of the hosting, renewals, security, backups and every future edit - the unglamorous jobs that decide whether the site still works in year three. Owning a website outright is like owning a boiler outright: yours, and yours to look after. The plan is for businesses who'd rather one number covered the lot - and since the domain is in your name from day one and the site becomes yours after 12 months anyway, the long-term ownership question answers itself. Yes. £99 setup and £29.99 a month is the price - no hourly rate for edits, no separate invoice for hosting or domain renewals, and add-ons only if you choose them.
