There's no call centre here and no account manager. Whoever builds your site is who you'll talk to afterwards. Most of it's done over WhatsApp and email, wherever you are in the country, though we're always happy to meet up if you'd rather.
How much does a website cost?
£99 to set up, then £29.99 a month. That covers the design, hosting, SSL, your domain, business email and any changes you need. There's no big bill up front and no surprise invoices later - the monthly fee is the whole cost.
What's a pay monthly website?
Instead of paying thousands up front, you spread the cost into one small monthly payment that also keeps your site hosted, secure, backed up and looked after. Think of it less like buying a website and more like having a web team on standby.
What does the £29.99 a month actually include?
Everything the site needs to exist and keep working: fast UK hosting, the SSL certificate, your domain name, business email accounts, backups, security updates, unlimited content edits and support from a real person. You never deal with a hosting company, a domain registrar or a developer separately - it's all us.
Is there a contract?
There's a 12-month minimum term in the way that matters: the website becomes yours to keep once you've completed 12 months, then it simply rolls monthly. You can still cancel at any time with 30 days' notice and no exit fee - leave earlier and the build stays with us, while your domain (in your name from day one) and your content always go with you.
Do I own the website?
The domain is registered in your name from day one, and your own content is always yours. The website we build becomes yours to keep once you've been with us 12 months. It's all in the terms.
How long until my site is live?
Usually within a week of you sending over your details, once we've got your content. Bigger sites can take a bit longer, and we'll tell you up front.
Are you actually based in Blackpool?
Yes, born and based here - you'll find us at the Blackpool Enterprise Centre on Lytham Road. We work with businesses across the Fylde Coast and the rest of the UK, all done online.
Can you take over my existing website?
Yes. We can move your current site over to us and improve it, or rebuild it from scratch, whichever makes more sense for you. Either way the same monthly fee applies and nothing goes offline during the switch.
