Why is it pay monthly rather than a one-off fee?
Not everywhere. Plenty of designers will build a site for a one-off fee and hand it over, and for a hands-on owner who is happy to run their own hosting, renewals and updates that can be the better deal. With us, yes: £99 to start, then £29.99 a month, and that fee is what keeps the hosting, domain, SSL, email, edits and support running for as long as you stay. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice and no exit fee; complete 12 months and the site is yours to keep. What is included in a pay monthly website?
Everything a site needs to exist and stay up: a bespoke design, UK hosting on our own servers, SSL, a .co.uk domain registered in your name from day one, business email, unlimited content edits, support, and local SEO foundations with your Google Business Profile set up. Genuine extras are priced separately and only if you want them - an online shop is £19.99 a month, online bookings £9.99, and a month-to-month SEO campaign £99.99.
How long does it take to get the website live?
Most sites are live within a week of us receiving your content. Signing up takes about three minutes, the guided brief about ten, and you will see a first design in your portal within a few days. The thing that most often delays a launch is waiting on photos and text, so gather those early. Once you are live, changes are included - simple ones like a price or an opening-hours update are usually done the same working day.
