One plan. One monthly payment. The whole website.
No quotes, no "it depends", no price list that ends in a phone call. Everything a website needs - design, hosting, domain, email, edits, support - is one number, and it's on this page.
The full cost, worked out for you.
Pay-monthly pricing only works if you can see the whole picture, so here it is. Year one is £458.88 all in - which works out at £38.24 a month across the year. After that it's £29.99 a month, and everything the site needs to keep running is inside it.
For comparison: a typical agency build runs to £2,000–£5,000 up front - and that's before hosting, the domain, email and maintenance, which are usually billed separately on top. We're not claiming those agencies are doing anything wrong; it's just a different way of paying, and this one doesn't start with a four-figure invoice.
| Period | What you pay | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Today | £99 setup + first month | £128.99 |
| Year one | £99 setup + 12 × £29.99 | £458.88 |
| Each year after | 12 × £29.99 | £359.88 |
Optional extras.
Most businesses don't need any of these - the plan is complete on its own. But when you do, the price is fixed and published, not "ask for a quote".

What does a website cost in total?
£99 to set up, then £29.99 a month. That's £458.88 in your first year, £359.88 a year after that. Hosting, SSL, your domain, business email, edits and support are all inside those numbers - there's nothing else to buy unless you add an optional extra.
Is there really nothing extra to pay?
Nothing you need. Hosting renewals, the domain, the SSL certificate, backups, security updates and content edits are all in the £29.99. The only things that cost more are genuine extras you choose to add - an online shop, a logo, professional photography - and the prices for those are on this page.
How do the included edits actually work?
Unlimited, one at a time. Send changes whenever you like - WhatsApp, email or your portal - and they queue in the order they arrive; we work through your queue one request at a time, with most edits done within two working days of reaching the front and simple ones (prices, hours, a photo) usually the same day. No monthly allowance to ration, no counter resetting, no "you've used your three" - a limit like that just makes people stop updating their site, which defeats the whole point. If you regularly need changes turned round faster, the Priority edits add-on (£9.99 a month) puts your requests at the front of the overall queue. New pages in bulk, new features or a redesign are quoted separately before we start - the honest line between "keeping your site current" (included) and "building new things" (priced).
Why is it so much cheaper than an agency quote?
Because you're spreading the cost, not skipping the work. A typical agency charges thousands up front partly because they hand the site over and walk away. We keep hosting and looking after it, so the build cost is recovered over the life of the plan instead of in one invoice. Same standard of work, different way of paying for it.
Is there a contract?
You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice - there's no lock-in on your payments and no exit fee. Because it's a fully managed service, the website and domain become yours to keep once you've completed 12 months; cancel before then and they stay with us. The full detail is in the terms.
Do I own the website?
Once you've been with us 12 months, yes - the website, its files and the domain are yours to keep, and if you ever leave we hand everything over. Before the 12 months is up they stay with us as part of the service. Your own content - text, photos, logo - is yours from day one.
Wouldn't I be better off paying once and owning it outright?
Sometimes, genuinely - and our guide comparing both ways of paying doesn't pretend otherwise. Paying £500-£1,000 up front gets you a site you own on day one. It also gets you sole charge of the hosting, renewals, security, backups and every future edit - the unglamorous jobs that decide whether the site still works in year three. Owning a website outright is like owning a boiler outright: yours, and yours to look after. The plan is for businesses who'd rather one number covered the lot - and since the site and domain become yours after 12 months anyway, the long-term ownership question answers itself. If you're hands-on and would genuinely enjoy running your own site, buy upfront with our blessing - just read the guide first so you know which questions to ask whoever builds it.
Will the price go up?
Not mid-build, and not without warning. We review prices no more than once a year and give at least 30 days' written notice of any change - and because there's no lock-in, you're free to leave if you ever disagree with one.
What about VAT?
The prices on this page are what you pay - £99 setup and £29.99 a month include VAT where applicable. The number on the page is the number on your statement.
Can I add extras later, or drop them?
Yes. Monthly add-ons like the online shop or priority edits can be added or removed from your client portal as your business changes - you're not committing to them for any fixed period.
