Am I tied into a contract?
There's a 12-month minimum term: the website becomes yours to keep once you've completed 12 months, then it rolls monthly. You can still cancel with 30 days' notice - leave earlier and the build stays with us, while your domain (in your name from day one) and your content always go with you.
How fast will my website go live?
Most sites go live within a week of you signing up and completing the onboarding form. Bigger builds take a little longer - we'll tell you up front.
I already have a domain. Can I keep it?
Yes. We'll transfer it in or point it at your new site - either way it stays yours, and we handle the fiddly bit.
What if I don't like the design?
You approve it before it goes live, and changes are included. We keep going until you're happy - that's the point of the monthly model.
Do I have to do everything online?
Everything's designed to work virtually - most clients never need a meeting. Quickest replies are on WhatsApp or email. If you'd really rather sit down in person, that can be arranged too.
